SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thanks for buying our bath and body products. We are excited to have you as our customer. The following are a few of our policies to make sure that everybody understands how we do business.

PAYMENT: We are currently using Wix Payments for all of our internet transactions. We like Wix Payments because they keep all of your information secure, and they never share it with us.

Contact us and we will call you to get your credit card information.

​

ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since our products are all handmade, no two bars of soaps will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.

​

SHIPPING: We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. Please allow up to 7 days from the time we process your order for it to arrive. We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If for some reason we are out of stock on a particular soap, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.

COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price our soap for $0.07 instead of $7.00 and you buy a million bars at $0.07 then we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.

​

ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
